Missing opposition BNP organizing secretary M Elias Ali might stay in Comilla or Chandpur at this moment said a police source.
Sources said Elias Ali was taken in there by an ambulance on Saturday night.
Additional Police Super Amir Hamza told banglanews that he heard a rumor that the BNP leader might go to Matlab upazila of Chandpur through Daudkandi upazila of Comilla.Additional law enforcers were deployed on Tirai-Matlab road, he added.
On April 17, BNP Organizing Secretary of Sylhet Division and former lawmaker M Elias Ali went missing along with his driver.
